Noelle Tomulich is a freshman at Fordham University where she majors in psychology and political science. Although she is originally from Northern New Jersey, Noelle considers New York City to be her home and is excited for this year’s Fashion For Philanthropy runway event to celebrate what her hometown is famous for: great style and even greater hearts.
